The Team

  • Angela Dillon

Angela is the driving force behind AD+INC. Her background in the airline, travel and hospitality industry as well as her experience in sales and management in the manufacturing industry gives her not only an excellent understanding of what customer service really is, but also makes her never lose sight of what an incentive program should deliver – to improve the bottom line. Her awareness of people needs give her and her team that edge to deliver incentive programs that work well.

What are some of your hobbies?
Golf, Running, Theatre, Reading and Movies.

What are you reading right now?
Real life PR/Marketing for the digital world and Shantaram.

      What inspires and motivates you?
People that have a vision, a desire and then go and achieve that, inspires me. Motivates me? New ideas, opportunities, possibilities and a mentor to bounce these ideas over a glass of wine.

Limitless budget and 4 weeks of annual leave. Plan your ultimate trip.
A private jet at my disposal! First stop, African safari. Go to Rwanda to see Gorillas and then onto a luxury tropical paradise with a group of friends for R&R. Each night a fabulous dinner party with great food, wine and conversation.

Describe your academic/professional journey thus far.
Sales and Administration then into Hospitality world which was followed by a stint in Sales Promotion which introduced me to the Incentive marketing world which has covered the last 12+ yrs.

The Masterchef Australia judges are in your kitchen. What 3-course meal are they preparing for you?
NZ Whitebait Fritters served with Sauvignon Blanc followed by melt in your mouth Wagyu Beef with spring vegetables and glass of red. To finish, a selection of cheeses and fruit.

  • Federico Rosas

Better known as Fed, he has excelled in Account Service roles in Australia and overseas, bringing to AD+INC great insights into our programs communication, incentive ideas and strategies. He enjoys camping and trekking and seem to spend lots of time reading about art.

What are some of your hobbies?
Good food -cooking it and eating far too much of it! Good wine, ever keen to experiment. What I lack in knowledge I make up for in enthusiasm. Art, I wish I had lots of money to buy a suit of Chen Ping works. Also wish lots of money to travel all the time! On the sport side… in my mind I will run a full marathon. In reality exercise is limited to walking to the market and commuting, the occasional ride on my bike, the even more occasional swim in the ocean and when the opportunity arises, you’ll find me camping.

What are you reading right now?
The Brain That Changes Itself (Dr Norman Doidge, M.D.). Mind blowing knowing your brain is so plastic that can change its own structure and functions. Wondering if I can bend spoons!

      What inspires and motivates you?
I’m amused when I see a simple solution to a problem and think… why didn’t I come up with that? Ideas, inventions, successful entrepreneurs, artists and explorers incite me.

Limitless budget and 4 weeks of annual leave. Plan your ultimate trip.
It would be awesome to just get 4 weeks of annual leave together. I want see Ryuichi Sakamoto in Reykjavik, he is performing along with some Icelandic local musicians and it would be awesome. Then soak in the Blue Lagoon, kayak through the glaciers and volcanoes and trek in the Reykjanes peninsula. Yes, I know it’s a bit cold.

The Masterchef Australia judges are in your kitchen. What 3-course meal are they preparing for you?
Hanjeongsik – a traditional Korean course meal with an array of side dishes you would be impressed with. They were lavish banquets served in royal palaces or homes of aristocrats who had special rooms for Hanjeongsik. Nah!… actually forget about the Master Chefs, they would make no justice.

  • Chris Springett

Chris started in AD+INC as our Internet guy, however after three years developing program websites, looking after databases and participant details he is now a key team player in the management of program launches, fulfilment and customer service for participants redeeming their rewards. Oh! And he loves his craft-beer brewing hobby.

What are some of your hobbies?
Most of the time you will find me either reading, brewing or watching some of my extensive movie and tv show collection. However when i get a chance you will probably see me snowboarding, at a concert or hanging out at the local watering hole.

What are you reading right now?
Currently in the middle of the following three series:

    • The King Killer Chronicle
    • Stormlight Archive
    • The Malazan Book of the Fallen
    • What inspires and motivates you?
I’m a hands on person, anything that involves construction, fabricating & designing. Currently looking into locating a MIG welder and teaching myself.

Limitless budget and 4 weeks of annual leave. Plan your ultimate trip.
Direct flight to Belgium to embark on a 4 week craft-beer tour, visiting the historic breweries & the trappist monasteries.

Describe your academic/professional journey thus far.
As my business card says: Captain

The Masterchef Australia judges are in your kitchen. What 3-course meal are they preparing for you?
Gary is cooking me a seafood platter with crispy chips and aioli. George is getting all Italian on a meat-lovers chilli pizza with extra oregano and garlic. Matt is on his mo-ped to grab me a six-pack of La Chouffe – Blond Ale.

We’re a bunch of everyday guys that enjoy having fun while we work – we get a kick out of coming up with new incentives. Every time a client approves an idea or give us the go ahead to develop an incentive’s website or launch brochure we get excited. If it is something else, new or challenging it’s double the thrill!

Btw, our clients don’t get an account manager when they come to us; they get the entire team at their disposal. We all know every account and you will find that everything is possible, nothing is too hard and yes we can do it on time. Did you say now! Oh, yes we can do it now too!
